Service Description

This service is designated for instances when an on-site visit is necessary to gather critical information regarding the building and to clarify the client's requirements. Please note that an inspection, assessment, engineering service, or consultation will not be included in this service. The On-site Consultation fee will be credited toward the cost of any inspection or service if our engineer provides such services on the same day while still onsite. Should you plan to undertake renovations such as removing or modifying load-bearing walls, adding living space through second-story upgrades, or creating expansive open areas (without supports), a structural engineering consultation is advisable. For extensions to your living space that require permit documentation, the involvement of a licensed professional engineer to stamp the necessary documents is mandated by local building authorities.
